Health & Fitness Information
Our Liability Waiver includes a health screening that you review yourself. We do not collect or store your answers to those screening questions.
If you choose to tell us or your coach about injuries, physical limitations, fitness goals, or other health information, we use it only to coach you safely, and share it only with the coach leading your class.
We do not provide medical care or medical advice.
Payment Information
Payments are processed securely by Stripe through our booking platform, Punchpass. Inner Capacity Fitness does not store your full payment card information.
Website Information
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

3. Live Online Classes
Inner Capacity Fitness classes are live and take place on third-party video conferencing platforms such as Zoom. Cameras are on during class so your coach can see your movement and coach you safely.
Classes are not recorded.
4. Communications
We may contact you by email, text message, or through our booking platform. These messages may include class reminders, membership information, schedule updates, coaching support, and newsletters. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
